    A persistent HTTP queue in Go where FIFO, LIFO, priority and delay compose freely — a delayed priority-LIFO queue is a configuration rather than a feature. No database, no broker and no embedded KV: storage is an append-only log implemented in the repo, with group-commit fsync, crash recovery and compaction, and the Go standard library as its only dependency.

    Turns a 50-minute lecture into a playlist of 60-second, reel-style micro-lectures — one concept each, with hooks, word-synced captions, and cuts placed on sentence boundaries instead of mid-word. TwelveLabs Pegasus finds the key concepts and writes the search queries Marengo uses to locate them, so the clipping follows what the lecture is about rather than where its timestamps happen to fall. Invited to present at TwelveLabs' Multimodal AI series, out of 35 groups.

Built the entire frontend around accessibility for senior users: large type, guided voice, calm interface. 1st place at Cal Hacks 12.0 on the Bright Data track, out of 700 projects and 3,000+ participants.
